First Attempt At Brownies Results

My Results After Baking Classic Brownies

My results were not what I expected, in fact I think something went wrong when I was preparing the batter. The last ingredient called for flour, and it instructed to fold the flour into the rest of the mixture, the instructions said to specifically not beat or whisk the flour into the mixture-- which is the opposite of what I did, since I wasn't sure if the brownies might come out raw or uncooked. Instead the brownies came out with more of a cake consistency and surprisingly moist, I personally liked the outcome whether it was correctly made or not. Even my parents liked the brownies, which is very rare. I added small bits of walnuts and on the top I added a couple of marshmallows as an extra.

First Attempt At Brownies From Scratch

Classis Baked Brownies

Baked Brownies

I’ve decided I want to try making brownies, but instead of using a brownie mix from a box like I usually do, I’m going to make these brownies from scratch. This brownie recipe I used seemed the most simple to start off with; it only requires butter, chocolate, baking powder, flour, eggs, and sugar, vanilla extract, and a few more ingredients. This recipe is for the original brownie, although I might add some other special ingredients, such as walnuts and marshmallow, or M&M’s. You too can add any additional ingredients as you please. I will post pictures of my results after.
