My Results After Baking Classic Brownies
My results were not what I expected, in fact I think something went wrong when I was preparing the batter. The last ingredient called for flour, and it instructed to fold the flour into the rest of the mixture, the instructions said to specifically not beat or whisk the flour into the mixture-- which is the opposite of what I did, since I wasn't sure if the brownies might come out raw or uncooked. Instead the brownies came out with more of a cake consistency and surprisingly moist, I personally liked the outcome whether it was correctly made or not. Even my parents liked the brownies, which is very rare. I added small bits of walnuts and on the top I added a couple of marshmallows as an extra.
